As COVID-19 continues to affect people around the world, we hope that everyone in the EveMoo community has managed to stay safe and healthy. This pandemic is unlike anything we could have predicted, and it has left no person or business untouched. Companies, big or small, around the world have introduced procedures and guidelines to cope with the changing world and continue their operations while keeping their workforce safe and driven.

It has been proactive in adopting safety measures for our team and making sure that our customers are not affected by the change. That being said, here is a quick update on the steps we took to ensure the smooth transition of teams to work-from-home and how we manage our daily workflow.

How we prepared for the challenge

We gradually prepared the teams to move towards a work-from-home setup: In the first week of March, all team leads were asked to create work-from-home guidelines as part of the company’s Business Continuity Preparedness. By the second week of March, EveMoo’s entire workforce was advised to work from home for their and their loved ones’ safety.

While the company created a general framework for work-from-home, team leads were entrusted with the task to create specific guidelines for their teams that suit the clients’ requirements. This was to ensure that despite working remotely, EveMoo’s customers can certainly expect the same high-quality standards as before when it comes to our software, service, and support.

The teams across the organization are in sync with administration, IT, and People Operations & Development (POD) teams concerning the work from home status. Most of them have been facilitated with internet devices to ensure uninterrupted work.
